Shipping & Delivery

At BY LIME, we ensure that all of our orders will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect their packages for any damages or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. In case you receive damaged items during delivery, please call us at +1 646 228-4400 or email us at info@bylime.com with your inquiries, and we will respond to you promptly.

BY LIME provides estimated delivery dates for all available items so you may know when to expect your order. For all orders shipping within the U.S., the arrival date is calculated based on the approximate number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order. If you place your order before 5PM on a regular business day (Monday-Friday), your order will begin processing that day. If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after 5PM on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the next business day.

All sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped to all states in the US, except Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.

Alternate Shipping Addresses

BY LIME permits delivery to alternate shipping addresses if you will not be home to sign for your order. We can ship your order to your place of work or another more convenient destination. For security measures, when you order an item to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. Additionally, if you cannot be available or have someone else be available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to a local third party carrier for pick up location so that you can sign for it and pick it up at your leisure.

Shipping Options

Shipments are carried out free of charge via FedEx, UPS. The shipping options depend on the price of your order (taxes excluded). A signature upon receipt of a delivery is mandatory. Expedited delivery or a Saturday delivery can be arranged for a minimal fee.

Due to COVID-19, a signature is required for all deliveries. However, some third party carrier policies might have changed and may not require a signature upon delivery. For more information, please see the policies for FedEx, UPS. Please make arrangements for someone to be at the shipping destination.

For any reason, if you will not be at home to receive your package, we can change your delivery date or schedule a pickup at a holding facility near you.

All in-stock items are processed and shipped within five business days. Orders of less than $10,000 will be shipped and insured via FedEx, UPS. Items above this price will be shipped and insured via FedEx, UPS. These costs will be added to the total order price. Once the order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. We fully insure each item for the final purchase price, from the time it is in transit until the time it arrives at its destination, and the recipient’s signature is required at the time of delivery.

Please note, BY LIME cannot be held accountable for delays on the shipper's part due to severe weather or other unexpected conditions.

If you would like to ship your item to an address other than the one listed on your credit card, you must place the address on file with your credit card company. Doing so will protect you from fraudulent charges. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes. In-store pickup can also be arranged for any item purchased online.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping and all international orders will be shipped via a trusted, professional carrier and insured during transit. We are not responsible for any duty fees incurred at the border. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information.

Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country or region standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country or region. Additionally, international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. And, information about your order, shipment and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.

At this time, expedited shipping will be the only option available for most countries with the exception of the following countries: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Rep, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Netherlands, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Singapore, Slovakia, Solvenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.

If you would like your order shipped to international addresses other than the ones listed above, please place your order by phone with one of ARIJEI NEW YORK representatives. An estimated delivery charge will be quoted at the time of order placement. This charge may be amended at a later date based on the weight and the geographic shipping location of the order. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination. Duties and taxes (including value added tax) will be the responsibility of the recipient. Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the destination of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased.

In-Store Pick-Up

For added convenience, we offer an in-store pick-up option on selected items. If the item is available at the store, select the in-store pick-up option during the checkout. Please note, in-store pick-up items are subject to New York sales tax. Once your order is received by the BY LIME store and ready for pick-up, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pick-up. We are only authorized to allow the person who placed the order to collect the item in-store. Upon arrival, call us at +1 646 228-4400 and we will meet you at the curbside.

For security purposes, please present the following items when picking up orders at ARIJEI NEW YORK store:

  • Your order confirmation email
  • A valid photo ID
  • Credit card used to place the order
